Saving Lives Through Education

Our vision is to enable the realization of this belief for at risk youth exposed to urban violence.

Friday February 6, 1993 Locksley went to visit family in the Bronx, and it was there he was robbed of a gold chain and senselessly gunned down. His untimely death left a void not only in the hearts of his family members ripped to shreds over this cowardly act but his friends, classmates, as well as community members who experienced his kindness or infectious smile at one time or another.

The Carlton Locksley Bennett Foundation Inc. will provide service and support to victims of violent crimes, which will enable and empower them to lead more productive lives.
